Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms.

You should read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your online registration, attendance, and participation in the Event. By registering for the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register, attend, or participate in the Event.

2. Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

3. Admittance to Events.

Attendees aged 18 years or older are generally allowed to attend the Event and related events. Eonik reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to refuse admittance from the Event or related events if the individual:

• Behaves in a manner that disrupts, hinders, or causes a nuisance to the Event, related events, or the enjoyment of others;
• Poses a security or health and safety risk to the Event or to others; or
• Fails to comply with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms.

4. Photography, Audio, and Video Recording.

• The use of photographic, audio, video, or other recording equipment at the Event is strictly prohibited unless approved by Eonik in writing in advance.
• By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the Event (or any part of it) may be photographed or recorded by Eonik or its partners. You grant Eonik and any third party authorized by Eonik the perpetual, worldwide right to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate your likeness, name, job title, company name, voice, and words in any media now known or hereafter developed. This includes, but is not limited to, television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines, and online platforms, without further approval or compensation. This grant includes the right to edit and use the media (alone or with other content) and to authorize others to use or distribute it.

5. Ticketing and Refund Policy.

All ticket and badge sales for the Event are final and non-refundable. For questions regarding ticketing and badge processes, please refer to the FAQ.

6. User Conduct.

By using Eonik's services, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of our platform or the Event.

7. Intellectual Property.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Eonik are the property of Eonik or its affiliates. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Eonik.

8. Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eonik and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or attendance at the Event.

9. Modification of Terms.

Eonik reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
